Was the challenge valuable? 

Yeah! It was nice having the group spreadsheet and the community post area. It was nice seeing Cassandra post about her experience/challenges! It gave me ideas on what to do and made me more comfortable sharing my experiences. 


What growth did you experience from the challenge?

I've increased my confidence and have a new mindset of doing more things and getting out of my comfort zone when I'm at social events. I'm more comfortable talking withe people and put myself out there much more. 


Would you do it again or recommend it to friends?

Yes, it definitely was a challenge to complete it. It also gave me the room to learn flexibility in setting these daily actions and cure a little bit of the all-or-nothing mentality I have with certain things.

Being less perfectionist and building flexibility into my goals. I also started to identify and address my resistance in a new way.

Yes, absolutely! Cassandra helped me work through some of my blocks. It was actually a great plus to see Cassandra working on things as the challenge was going on as well. It made it attainable on days that seemed it wasn't.
